Welcome to Pizza Del Re, a town favorite in Eau Claire since 1976, where we’ve perfected the craft of creating delicious, handcrafted thin-crust pizzas. From our dough to our sauce, everything is made fresh in-house, and we gather our meats and veggies daily to ensure the highest quality. we offer dining in, takeout, or fast delivery, and of course our popular buffet! At Pizza Del Re, we’re committed to exceptional service and unforgettable pizza. We’ve been making the same recipes for over 48 year!

Our First Restaurant

We opened our first restaurant in Oakwood Mall, serving Greek and Mediterranean. Family owned and operated by the Kapbardhi family.

2016

Food Trailer

We expanded our Greek and Mediterranean offerings, in addition to now offering American classics like cripsy fries and cheese curds! We also built our food trailer, and ran our first event. Gave back $500 to the community.

In 2018, we moved to a larger facility in the mall including a much larger kitchen. Expanded our catering offerings to include wedding and large buisnesses with our food tent! Donated around $1,000 to the community.

We received our license to begin producing our award winning food for sale in grocery stores and wholesale. Find our sauce and meat in Woodmans! Donated $7,000 back into the community.

Just getting started

We've been just as affected by the Covid-19 as the rest of the world, but our plans haven't been put totally on hold. We've been able to donate over $1,000 to the local humane association and donated food to essential workers on the front lines fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.

The New Normal

While we are getting back in the swing of things and adapting to this “new normal” we have not forgotten about our community, this year we have donated $500 - $1,000 every month to a non-profit in our community. Our donations for this year add up to almost $9,000. We couldn’t have done it without the support that our restaurant, and food trailer receives from our amazing customers as they have been showing us a lot of love during these trying times. Thank you!

New Normal

Food Truck Still Operating as Normal

Our company has purchased a building that we will be using as office space, and as a processing plant for wholesaling purposes. You can find our food truck at this property during the summer when we have no events! Dhimiters acquired Pizza Del Re and will continue the beloved pizzas recipes. We opened Del Re back up to its original services with cosmetic updates! We are very proud to say that we have been able to make near monthly donations to various organizations throughout the Chippewa Valley this year, ending our donation cycle with the Eau Claire K9 unit! Del Re will pick up where Dhimiters left off in the new year but will focus mainly on veteran services! Our family is incredibly proud of the achievements we were able to accomplish with the Oakwood Mall location and at the same time are incredibly happy to close that location down and begin a new adventure! Pizza Del Re Opens

In 2023, Pizza del Re proudly expanded our offerings with the launch of our buffet in February, complementing our later addition of a breakfast buffet. This year marked significant transitions, including the closure of our Oakwood Mall location. Through our commitment to local partnerships, we invested over $125,000 in raw goods from local vendors. Our dedication to community support was evident as we donated more than $25,000 in cash and gift cards, provided over $52,000 in discounts to military personnel and first responders, and raised over $8,000 for local high school programs. Our customer engagement was robust, with more than 43,000 takeout pizza orders. We also launched our own line of branded apparel, selling 850 pieces. Additionally, we maintained a steady sale of 37.1 frozen pizzas daily. These achievements underscore our commitment to quality, community, and innovation.

  • It's well known that we have offered complimentary buffets to veterans and active duty military in the past. Therefore, it brings us no pleasure to inform you that we cannot continue with this tradition, given the massive investment we have made in Del Re. Kindly note that this change doesn’t override our respect and love for our veterans and active duty military members. We acknowledge the dedicated and selfless service they have given to our city and the entire country. Hence, they can expect complimentary buffets on Veterans Day, as well as all holidays that we are open for. It also may interest you that our company will be working with a charity that takes care of our local veterans. With all of this being said we do want to make a point that all veterans, military, firefighters, and community officers will receive a substantial discount for our buffet, as a thank you from the entire Del Re community for all that you do.
